What a Website Actually Costs in Croatia in 2026

PricingExplainerOur view

A one-page business website in Croatia costs from €790. A five-page site costs from €1,490. Custom software — a CRM, a booking system, a client portal — starts from €4,900. Those are BAD’s own published prices, not an “it depends.” Add €150–950 for the extras almost every project ends up wanting (a self-editable CMS, a webshop, a second language), and €49–150 a month if you want someone to keep the thing running once it’s live.

Why “it depends” is the default answer everywhere else

Ask most Croatian web agencies what a site costs and you get a discovery call, not a number. Of the national and Zagreb-based agencies worth comparing against — Infinum, Q Agency, Ars Futura, Locastic, Neuralab, Kodius, Inchoo, Mater Agency, Varyence, Pinkdroids — only Infinum and Ars Futura publish even a third-party hourly range, and none of them prints a project price. Locally in Makarska, DataBit is the one direct competitor that also prices its packages up front. Everyone else asks you to talk first and learn the number second.

That’s not a knock on their work — it’s just a data point. If a business can’t tell what something costs without a phone call, that’s worth knowing before you pick up the phone.

What each price tier actually includes

  • The One-Pager — from €790. One responsive page, a working contact form, two rounds of revisions. Built for a single clear offer: a business that needs a real presence online.
  • The Full Website — from €1,490. Up to five pages included (service pages, an about page, a portfolio or gallery); from €150 per extra page beyond that. Every page is built to be found, not just to exist.
  • The Platform Build — from €4,900. Custom software built around how the business actually works, not a page template. This is a floor, not a menu price — every platform project is scoped on a discovery call before a final number is set.

Platform add-ons are priced individually so a CRM doesn’t hide inside one opaque “custom software” number: a CRM starts at €900, dashboards at €700, data import/export at €500, a knowledge base at €600, a client or partner portal at €1,200, roles and permissions at €400, API integrations at €600, automation at €800, booking at €650, and reporting at €500. All of them are floors, scoped the same way the platform base is.

The add-ons that come up on almost every project

  • CMS access — edit your own site without asking a developer: €150 setup (€100 on a One-Pager) plus €15/month, waived entirely if you’re on Standard or Growth Care below.
  • Webshop — from €950.
  • A second language — €200.
  • Social feed integration — €95.

What happens after launch

A site that nobody maintains is a slow security problem. Three retainer tiers, all cancel-anytime: Basic at €49/month, Standard at €79/month (this is the one that waives the CMS monthly fee), and Growth at €150/month for businesses that want ongoing changes, not just monitoring and patches.

Payment terms, printed the same way the prices are

Websites: 50% to start, the remaining 50% before launch. Platform builds: 30% to start, 40% at an agreed milestone, 30% before handover. Nothing hidden until an invoice shows up.

Every number above is a floor, not a final quote — a free 15-minute call confirms the real one for your project, in writing, before anything is billed.
