Who we are
This application or website is operated by Begović Amar Development ("we"). For anything related to your personal data, contact [email protected].
What data we collect
When you use the contact form, we collect the details you enter (name, email address, and your message). This is personal data, processed only to answer your inquiry — the legal basis is legitimate interest in responding to messages sent to us (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR).
How long we keep it
Contact form submissions are delivered to our inbox by email. We keep that correspondence for 12 months after the inquiry is resolved, then delete it. If our email provider is temporarily unavailable, your submission may be held in a delivery queue for at most 35 days before being sent or automatically deleted.
Spam protection
To limit abuse we apply rate limiting to the contact form; for that purpose we store only irreversible hashes — never your actual IP address or email address.

Cookies and analytics
We set no cookies until you allow them. If you choose “Allow” on the cookie banner, we load Google Analytics, which stores cookies in your browser (_ga and _ga_*, lasting up to two years) to count visits and tell returning visitors from new ones. If you choose “No thanks”, nothing loads — no cookies, and no request to Google is ever made. The legal basis is your consent (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR).
With analytics on, Google records which pages you open, which site or search brought you here, your approximate location (country and city, derived from your IP address, which Google does not store), and your device and browser. We also record the moment a contact form is sent successfully, so we can see which pages lead to real inquiries — that event carries no name, email address, or message content. Analytics data is kept for 14 months.
Google Analytics is provided by Google Ireland Limited, and data may be transferred to Google LLC in the United States under the EU–US Data Privacy Framework. Advertising and ad-personalisation features are switched off: we run no ads and sell this data to no one.
You can change your mind at any time. The “Cookies” control in the footer reopens the choice, and refusing later stops all further collection. Clearing your browser data has the same effect. Questions go to [email protected].
What we store on your device
Two small entries, both holding a preference you set yourself and nothing about you: your dark/light theme choice, and your answer to the cookie question so we stop asking. Neither is used to identify or track you.
Your rights
You can ask for access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data, object to processing, and lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority. Ours is AZOP, the Croatian Personal Data Protection Agency (azop.hr); you can also complain to the authority in your own EU country. Email [email protected] and we will respond within 30 days.
